4 Natural Health Remedies

During the seasons change, I do not know why, but people seem to get sick more easily. There are always several cold and people circulating catch again.
I used to have all kinds of drugs in my kit to fix me. The usual suspects, paracetamol, Lemsip, Sudafed, Vicks, co-codamol, remedies against colds and flu and others.
Apparently, we are heading "flu season".
I used to have the flu jab too. That is until I learned to take care of myself, of course. Less medication should be better in the long run.
Of course, it is possible to take the time to other medication, it is sometimes the only way, but my first instinct now is to reach for my new remedies. I like to look at things as simply as possible.
I think that to be healthy, we need the same input as the plants - food - water - sunlight. The three main ingredients that make us feel alive.
During September and October in the UK the sun moves out of our "rank" and lose many of the benefits provided by vitamin D. We will not get vitamin D beneficial sunlight after the April next year.
When people start getting sick at this time of the year it is no coincidence ...
However, today, I'm not here to talk about the pros and cons of vitamin D or anything.
But I will share some tips on what I do to take care of myself, my family and my customers fall and winter.
1. Vitamin D. You may spray or tablets. I take this everyday.
2. Vitamin C. I have it in the closet all year, and if I feel a little tickle in the throat or 2000mg sniffing taken on an empty stomach, twice a day.
3. Honey and Lemon. I use an organic lemon juice in a bottle, but fresh is always best. I also got some honey made locally. Take this mixture with warm water if I feel something like a cough or sore throat. I can drink a cup every hour if possible.
4. Epsom salts and salts from the Dead Sea. I recently started using the two types of salts and I appreciate my magnesium and essential salts in a warm bath. I have a salt bath 2-3 times a week for general health.
Of course, I do a lot of other things, such as eating well, staying away from too much junk food, exercise and have saunas, but these four tips are what I recommend that, as explained, to keep decreasing with nothing major and autumn winter (or anytime for that matter).
Give them a try and see how it goes.
